\"\"OSU photo instructor Evan Baden and a couple of his students will be on hand at our April 16 meeting to tell us about their new on-campus book-printing press and bindery. Started in 2024, Composit Press gives students real-world experience in designing, printing and binding photo and art-related books by established photographers and artists. Baden and one or two of his students will show examples of the books they’ve done and talk about how the students are learning-by-doing in the creative book publishing business.<\/p>\n

We’ll meet at our usual place and time–the community room at the Natural Grocers on Ninth and Beca in Corvallis at 7pm. Because our meetings are restricted to 90 minutes due to the store’s closing hour, please plan to arrive on time or even a few minutes early.
