Our Aug. 20 meeting at the Natural Grocers features local photographer Chapell Miller as our guest speaker. This is what Chapell has to say about himself and his photography:
“I am a people photographer based out of Corvallis, Oregon. I live here with my wife, two kids, and two dogs. My photo journey started in 2018/19 and while I had thought I would be a landscape photographer at that time, I found myself drawn to photographing people. I tend to steer toward the fashion/editorial side, with maybe a touch of fine art. I’m not really sure, and that’s kind of the fun part. I prefer feeling over perfection in my photos always. Outside of photography, I’m enjoy music, the outdoors, and I’m a recovering bike racer.”

We meet at the usual time on the Third Thursday, 7pm at the Corvallis Natural Grocers meeting room, 1235 NW 10th St.
